We focus on micro/nanotechnology, especially in high efficiency energy harvesting, self-powering devices & systems and smart electronic skin. By MEMS fabrication, we enhance the performance of triboelectric nanogenerators, realize high energy density hybrid nanogenerators, design high efficiency energy management circuits and fabricate smart skins for multifunctional sensing.
